Investigation on Veterinary Drug Residue in Pork and Poultry Products in Wenzhou City of Zhejiang Province during 2016 to 2017

      为了解猪肉和禽类产品的药物残留状况,便于科学使用兽药从而保障畜产品安全,2016—2017年随机采集温州市224个主体单位(户)的猪肉、禽肉、禽蛋样品,共计565份,进行磺胺类、喹诺酮类、四环素类药物残留检测。结果显示:检出药物残留样品14份,检出率2.48%,药物超标样品8份,超标率1.42%;鸽产品及鸭肉中未检出药物残留及超标,猪肉中未检出药物超标;鸭蛋、鸡蛋和鸡肉中均有不同程度的药物残留及超标,尤以鸭蛋和鸡蛋居多,在1份鸡肉样品中检出了4项喹诺酮类药物残留;检出的药物残留中,喹诺酮类残留及超标率最高,其次为磺胺类,而无四环素类残留检出。结果提示:鸭蛋、鸡蛋的药物残留状况较为严重,需要引起足够重视;畜禽用药需从源头抓起,对其实施严格的综合管控。

      In order to investigate the status of veterinary drug residue in pork and poultry products,scientifically use the veterinary drugs and guarantee the safety of animal products,during 2016 to 2017,565 samples including pork,poultry meat and eggs were collected from 224 units(households)of Wenzhou City,and the residue situation of sulfonamides,quinolones and tetracyclines was detected and analyzed. Results showed that,drug residues were detected in 14 samples,the detection rate was 2.48%. Drug residues of 8 samples exceeded the standard,the exceeded rate was 1.42%. Among these samples,no drug residue was detected in pigeon products and duck meat,and veterinary drug residues in pork did not exceed the standard. In the eggs,duck eggs and chicken,different degrees of drug residues and excessive residues were detected,especially in eggs and duck eggs. However,in one chicken sample,4 kinds of quinolone residues were detected. The residue of quinolones was the most severe,followed by sulfonamides,while tetracyclines residue was not detected. The results indicated that enough attention must be paid to veterinary drug residue of duck eggs and eggs. Besides,the supervision over veterinary drugs should be taken from the resource,and strict and comprehensive management measures should also be adopted.
