      布鲁氏菌是一种可感染多种哺乳动物的人兽共患病病原,能给公共卫生和畜牧业带来严重危害。常用的布鲁氏菌病原检测方法包括布鲁氏菌分离培养和分子生物学方法。其中的PCR技术具有特异性强、灵敏度高、操作简便等优点,在布鲁氏菌检测、菌种鉴别、疫苗株与野毒株区分等方面得到了广泛应用。本文综述了PCR技术在通用型布鲁氏菌、不同种型布鲁氏菌及布鲁氏菌疫苗菌株检测与鉴别中的应用研究,以期为检验检疫、流行病学调查、人与动物布鲁氏菌病诊断等提供技术参考。
英文摘要:
      Brucella is a kind of pathogen that can infect various mammals,and often causes great damage to public health and animal husbandry in China. The commonly used detection methods for Brucella included its isolation and culture and some molecular biological methods. Among them,PCR method possesses the characteristics of strong specificity,high sensitivity and convenient operation,etc,and has already been widely used in detection and identification of Brucella strains and in differentiating the vaccine and wild strains. Here,the current application studies of PCR method were summarized in detecting and identifying general-type,vaccine and different species of Brucella strains,hoping to provide some technical supports for inspection,quarantine,diagnosis and epidemiological investigation of human and animal brucellosis.
