巨威菌剂降解牛尸体的效果分析

    摘要:

    为研究巨威菌剂降解动物尸体的效果,分别在夏季、冬季,使用用巨威菌剂与相应辅料,搭建成3个30 m3的菌床,向每个菌床内投入体重约670 kg的牛尸体,实时记录牛尸体降解情况。结果显示:无论夏季,还是冬季,牛尸体均需5 d即可完全被降解;牛尸体降解过程中,菌床中心温度范围分别为夏季62~74 ℃、冬季59~70 ℃。结果表明,巨威菌剂对牛尸体的降解效果显著,且降解效果不受外界环境温度影响。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the effect of Juwei Bacteria Preparation Reagent in degrading animal carcasses,three 30 m3 bacteria beds were constructed in summer and winter respectively. Each bacteria bed was put into some cattle carcasses with a weight of about 670 kg,and the degradation situation of carcasses was recorded in real time. Results showed that,no matter in summer or winter,it would take 5 days for the cattle carcasses to be completely degraded. During the degradation process,the temperature ranges in the center of bacteria bed were 62 ℃ to 74 ℃ in summer and 59 ℃ to 70 ℃ in winter. As a result,the Juwei Bacteria Preparation Reagent had a good effect on the degradation of cattle carcasses,and the degradation effect was not affected by the external environment temperature.
