为了解中国兽医现场流行病学基础培训效果，基于Kirkpatrick培训效果评估理论，从反应层和学习层两个方面，构建了CFETPV项目基础培训效果评估方法。以第五期CFETPV项目基础培训为例，运用Survey Monkey在线调查工具对学员的反应评价、培训前后7项兽医流行病学知识的掌握情况、项目存在问题及有关建议等方面进行调查。采用Excel和SPSS 25.0软件对数据进行描述性统计分析。结果显示，反应层评估方面，学员对培训项目的综合满意度为81%（比较满意）；学习层评估方面，配对样本t检验结果显示，培训后学员对7项兽医流行病学知识的掌握度均显著提升（p＜0.01）。基础培训经过多年发展，为培养具有流行病学技能的兽医人才搭建了权威平台，培训效果显著。建议项目组织方继续总结经验，跟踪评估，查找不足，促进培训项目的科学化、规范化和持续化发展。
In order to recognize the effects of primary training of Chinese veterinary field epidemiology，from the levels of reaction and learning，an evaluation method for Chinese field epidemiology training program of veterinary（CFETPV）was established based on Kirkpatrick′s evaluation theory for training. For example，for the 5th primary training of CFETPV，the feedback from trainees，such as their level of epidemiology knowledge before and after training，any problems in CFETPV，relevant suggestions and other issues were investigated by the Survey Monkey online tool，and the data was analyzed statistically by EXCEL and SPSS 25.0 softwares. The results showed that the overall satisfaction of trainees at reaction level was 81%（partly satisfactory），and their level of epidemiology knowledge obviously increased（p＜0.01）after training as indicated by the testing results of paired-samples t at learning level. Therefore，it was concluded that an authoritative platform was established to cultivate veterinary talents with epidemiological concepts by primary training，which had achieved remarkable results. Further，it was suggested that the organizer of CFETPV should continue to sum up relevant experiences，track and evaluate，and to find out any deficiencies so as to promote the scientific，standardized and sustainable development of training programs.
