为评估4 ℃无氧环境中绵羊粪便保存时间对虫卵孵化率的影响，将新鲜绵羊粪便混合均匀后，等分为8份保存，分别测定保存0、3、6、9、12、15、18和21 d的虫卵孵化率。参考并改进世界兽医寄生虫学促进协会（WAAVP）推荐的虫卵孵化试验（egg hatch test，EHT）方法，收集线虫虫卵，用24孔培养板孵化虫卵进行重复性试验，记录线虫卵孵化率，并对数据进行统计分析。结果显示，4 ℃无氧环境中，保存9 d内粪便的线虫卵孵化率可达到50.51%，9 d后孵化率急剧下降。结果表明，4 ℃无氧环境中保存9 d的新鲜粪便仍有50%以上的虫卵孵化率，可用于相关试验和研究。这种保存方法，延长了新鲜绵羊粪便采集后的有效使用时间，简便易行，对相关试验或研究提供了极大帮助。
In order to evaluate the effects of preservation time of sheep feces on hatching rate of nematode eggs under oxygen-free environment at 4 ℃，fresh sheep feces were mixed evenly and divided into eight groups to detect the hatching rate when the preservation time were 0，3，6，9，12，15，18 and 21 days respectively. In this paper，the egg hatching test（EHT）recommended by World Association for Advancement of Veterinary Para-sitology（WAAVP）was used and improved. Specifically，some nematode eggs were collected to repeatedly hatch on a 24-well culture plate，their hatching rates were recorded and relevant data was summarized and analyzed. It was found that，when the preservation time was 9 days，the hatching rate could reach up to 50.51%，and then decreased sharply. In conclusion，the fresh feces which were reserved for 9 days under oxygen-free environment at 4 ℃ could still have a hatching rate of over 50%，which could used in related experiments or studies. Therefore，the effective service period of collected fresh feces could be prolonged by such preservation method that was simple and convenient and could be used in relevant experiments or study.
