为评估12种市售消毒剂对沙门氏菌的灭菌效果，确定其最低有效抑菌浓度，首先建立试验模型，即从挑取单克隆摇菌培养第2~12代的菌液中，各吸取20 μL接种到50 mL营养肉汤，37 ℃ 120 r/min恒温摇床上培养18 h，获得沙门氏菌标准株菌液；然后，在9 mL消毒剂溶液中加入1 mL菌液，常温消毒反应10 min；培养后比较菌落数量，最后确定最低有效抑菌浓度。结果显示，在本试验模型下，主要成分为复方苯扎溴铵或碱性表面活性剂的消毒剂效果最好（1:4 000），主要成分为戊二醛或癸甲溴铵的消毒剂次之（1:2 000），“戊二醛+苯扎溴铵”或“戊二醛+苯扎氯铵”的消毒剂再次（1:1 000），而其他成分的消毒剂效果较差（1:500，＜1:200）。结果表明，该试验模型条件下，不同成分消毒剂的沙门氏菌灭菌效果有差异。结果提示，养殖现场需要根据实际情况，选择相应的消毒剂，并适当调整使用浓度和剂量，适当延长消毒时间。本研究为养殖场沙门氏菌消毒剂的正确合理选用提供了参考。
In order to evaluate the sterilization effect of 12 kinds of commercial disinfectants against Salmonella，and to determinate the minimum inhibitory concentration，an experimental model was firstly established. Specifically，20 μL of each bacteria liquid of 2–12 generations that were cultivated through selecting and shaking monoclonal colonies were inoculated to 50 mL nutritive broth，then were cultivated in an incubator shaker（120 r/min）at 37 ℃ for 18 hours to obtain standard bacteria solution of Salmonella；after that，1 mL bacteria liquid was added into 9 mL disinfectant solution to sterilize for 10 minutes at room temperature；finally，the optimum inhibitory concentration was determined after the amounts of colonies were compared. The results showed that the disinfectants made mainly of compound benzalkonium bromide or alkaline surfactant received the best effectiveness（dilution rate of 1:4 000），followed by the ones with the main ingredients of glutaraldehyde or capric methyl bromide（1:2 000），then were the ones with main ingredients of“glutaraldehyde + benzalkonium bromide”or“glutaraldehyde + benzalkonium chloride”（1:1 000），and the ones containing other ingredients were less effective（1:500，<1:200）. In short，the sterilization effects of various disinfectants were also different. Therefore，it was suggested that the available inhibitory concentration and dosage should be properly adjusted and the disinfection period should be extended according to actual situations in farms. Accordingly，some references were provided for scientific use of appropriate disinfectants against Salmonella in farms.
