2019年12月，山西省太原市某规模蛋鸡场饲养的蛋鸡出现产蛋率骤降、精神沉郁、关节肿胀等现象。为查明病因，追溯传染源，控制疫病，开展了紧急流行病学调查。截至调查时，该蛋鸡场累计发病1 240只，袭击率为2.5%（1 240/50 000）。综合临床症状和血清学检测结果，确定此次疫情为滑液囊支原体感染。通过调查分析推测，此次疫情最大可能是由父母代种鸡将病原垂直传播给雏鸡导致的，而免疫和当地气温变化应激是诱因。建议严格引种检疫，同时加强饲养管理和生物安全管理，减少应激等诱发因素，降低疫病发生风险。
In December 2019，some symptoms such as sudden drop in egg production，mental depression，joint swelling and others appeared in laying hens in a large-scale farm in Taiyuan City，Shanxi Province. In order to find out all causes，trace all sources and control the disease，an emergency epidemiological investigation was carried out. A total of 1 240 hens had been infected，with the attack rate of 2.5%（1 240/50 000）till the date of investigation. It was confirmed that the outbreak was caused by the infection with Mycoplasma synoviae in combination with clinical symptoms and serological test results. It was speculated that the outbreak was most likely caused by vertical transmission of pathogens from breeding hens to chickens，and induced by stress to vaccination and local temperature change. It was suggested that any introduced hens should be strictly quarantined while feeding and bio-security management should be strengthened to reduce any stress and other inducing factors，so as to reduce any risk of outbreak.
