    摘要:

    Q热是由伯氏柯克斯体所致的人兽共患传染病。本文根据Q热病原特征和流行特点,归纳、分析其传播影响因素,以期为Q热综合防控提供理论参考。伯氏柯克斯体专性寄生于活细胞内,多在人或动物细胞质的特殊囊泡内繁殖。Q热宿主谱广泛,其中家养反刍动物是人类Q热的主要传染源。反刍动物感染后既可通过阴道分泌物、尿液、乳汁和粪便等排出病原,也能通过气溶胶传播给人类。蜱虫是动物间最重要的Q热传播媒介,可通过吸血传播。Q热几乎遍布全世界,但多发生于热带和亚热带地区;Q热流行受气候因素影响,温暖多风的春季是流行高发期。目前,抗生素治疗、卫生消毒和疫苗接种是预防Q热的有效手段。Q热分布广泛、感染性强,可继发多种动物及人类疾病,因此对其防控必须引起重视,应加强日常监测和特效药物研发,建立起有效的防控体系。

    Abstract:

    Q fever is a kind of zoonotic infectious disease caused by Coxiella burnetii. For the purpose of providing theoretical reference for prevention and control of Q fever,the factors for its spreading were summarized and analyzed according to its etiological and epidemiological characteristics. Coxiella burnetii parasitized in living cells and reproduced in special vesicles of cell cytoplasm of human or animals. The host spectrum of Q fever was extensive,in which,domestic ruminants were the main infectious source of human Q fever. The pathogens could be secreted along with vaginal secretions,urine,milk and feces of infected ruminants,and be spread to human via aerosols. Tick was the major vector of Q fever among animals and could spread the disease through sucking blood. Q fever was widely spread almost all the world,especially in tropical and subtropical regions;the prevalence of Q fever was affected by climate factors,especially in the warm and windy spring. At present,Q fever could be effectively prevented by application of antibiotics,hygiene disinfection and vaccination. Considering the wide distribution,strong infection and the result of leading to a variety of animal or human diseases,more attention should be paid to Q fever prevention and control through strengthening daily monitoring and development of specific drugs,and an effective prevention and control system should be established.
