采用RT-PCR及PCR技术，对广西梧州市7个县（市、区）屠宰场2015—2016年送检的1 304份猪组织样品（肺脏、淋巴结、脾脏）进行高致病性蓝耳病病毒（HPRRSV）、猪瘟病毒（CSFV）核酸检测，对7个规模场送检的70份病死猪组织病料样品（肺脏、淋巴结、脾脏）进行HPRRSV、CSFV、伪狂犬病病毒（PRV）、圆环病毒（PCV）核酸检测。采用ELISA技术，对梧州市7个县（市、区）送检的8 572份血清检测猪瘟免疫抗体，对2 066份血清检测猪蓝耳病免疫抗体。结果显示：HPRRSV、CSFV核酸检测均为阴性；规模场病死猪组织病料的PRV核酸阳性率为14.3%，PCV为57.1%；猪瘟免疫抗体合格率为90.41%，蓝耳病免疫抗体合格率为73.48%。监测结果表明：梧州市流行的生猪高热病主要涉及猪伪狂犬病和猪圆环病毒病2种病毒病；猪蓝耳病和猪瘟的强制免疫，有效控制了该地主要猪病毒性疫病的发生与流行。
In order to determine the epidemic situation and immune protection effect of swine viral diseases，the nucleic acid detection was carried out towards 1 304 pig tissue samples（including lung，lymph node and spleen）from slaughterhouses of 7 counties（cities，districts）to detect HPRRSV and CSFV by the methods of RT-PCR and PCR，and 70 tissue samples（lung，lymph node，spleen）collected from scaled swine farms were also detected for HPRRSV，CSFV，PRV and PCV . A total of 8 572 serum samples from 7 counties (cities，districts) of Wuzhou City were detected for antiibodies against CSFV by ELISA，and 2 066 serum samples were tested for antibodies against PRRSV. The results showed that the nucleic acids of both HPRRSV and CSFV were undetectable. The positive detection rates of PRV and PCV were 14.3% and 57.1%，respectively. The qualified rates of immune antibody of CSFV and PRRSV were 90.41% and 73.48%，respectively. Monitoring results showed that the major prevalent viral swine diseases in Wuzhou City were two kinds swine viral diseases of Pseudorabies and Porcine circovirus disease，and the occurrence and epidemic of viral swine diseases were controlled effectively by compulsory immunization of CSF and PRRS.
