Since the supervision of swine slaughtering was handed over to the Ministry of Agriculture，meat quality inspection has been regarded as a priority task by the ministry. At present there are 10 kinds of official seals in meat quality inspection. Among them，the seal for pork requiring deep processing currently belongs to the category of bio-safety disposal seals for diseased pigs and pig products，being applied to pork from sow and boar that haven't been castrated on time. In the author's opinion，this seal shouldn't be classified to the bio-safety disposal category. For the purpose of avoiding misunderstand，it was suggested that the copy seal shall be separated from the existing category and listed independently when revising the existing specifications for the application of certificates，seals and identification in swine slaughtering.
