[目的]研究可见分光光度法在布鲁氏菌病试管凝集试验结果判定中应用。[方法]对布鲁氏菌病虎红平板试验中筛选出的4份样品（样品1、2为阳性，样品3、4为可疑），严格按《动物布鲁氏菌病诊断技术》（GB/T 18646—2002）中的试管凝集试验操作规程，对这4个奶牛样品的试管凝集试验结果进行人工判定和450 /630 nm分光光谱分析判读。[结果]人工判定样品1:100的结果为样品1、2、4可疑或阳性，样品3强阳性，分光光度法判读为样品1、2、4阳性，样品3强阳性。[结论]标准比浊管静置45 min后，各可见光谱数据均具有良好的线性关系；与人工判定结果相比，可见分光光度法判定的结果更直接、客观，受主客观影响因素更少。建议在标准GB/T 18646—2002的试管凝集试验操作规程中，增加可见分光光度法的判读标准。
[Objective] In order to study the application of visible spectrophotometry in determining the results of tube agglutination test for brucellosis. [Methods] 4 samples consisting of 2 positive（sample 1，2）and 2 suspicious（sample 3，4）were selected by rose bengal plate test（RBPT）of brucellosis，then tube agglutination test was conducted towards the samples in strict accordance with the operating procedures from Diagnostic Techniques for Brucellosis of Animal（GB/T 18646—2002）. At last，results were determined by both manual judgment and 450/630 nm spectroscopic analysis. [Results] For manual judgment（dilution ratio of 1:100），sample 1，2 and 4 were suspicious or positive，sample 3 was strongly positive. For spectroscopic analysis，results showed sample 1，2 and 4 were positive and sample 4 was strongly positive. [Conclusion] After 45 minutes' standing of the standard turbidimetric tube，visible spectrum data exhibited a good linear relationship. Hence，compared with manual judgment，results determined by visible spectrophotometry were more visualized and objective，affecting less influence of subjective and objective factors. It was recommended that assessment criteria should be added to the operation procedures according to the national standard of GB/T 18646—2002.
