To understand the current status of normal swine diseases in Guangxi，340 swine tissue samples were collected from clinically morbidity farms and slaughterhouses. CSFV，PRRSV and PEDV were detected by RT-PCR，and PCV2 and PRV were detected by PCR. The results showed that the infection rates of CSFV，PRRSV，PEDV，PCV2 and PRV in morbidity farms were 1.97%，16.45%，0.00%，34.21% and 3.95%，respectively，and these rates in the slaughterhouses were 0.53%，11.17%，0.00%，43.09% and 0.00%，respectively. The mixed infection situation of swine was analyzed，and it was found that the rate of PCV2 coinfection with other virus was the highest. In the morbidity farms，the highest rate of double infection was “CSFV+PCV2”，which was 3.95%，the second was “PRRSV+PCV2”，which was 3.29%. The highest rate of double infection in slaughterhouses was “PRRSV+PCV2”，which was 2.66%. The results indicated that the infection rates of PCV2 and PRSSV were higher，not only in morbidity farms，but also in slaughterhouses. Among them，the infection rate of PCV2 was the highest，and PCV2 coinfection with CSFV and PRRSV was universal. PRV and CSFV were detected mainly in diseased swine. It was important to enhance the surveillance of PCV2 and PRV for the control of swine disease incidence. PRRSV and PRV should be eliminated by strengthening biosafety measures.
