In order to recognize the immune effects of peste des petits ruminants(PPR)in the first half year of 2018 in Zhucheng City of Shandong Province,a cross-sectional study was carried out towards goats in large-scale farms and free-range households. By two-stage sampling strategy,in combination with partial convenience sampling,580 sheep serum samples were collected and used to conduct ELISA detection. Results showed that,there were 560 qualified samples,the qualified rate was 96.5%. The 14 sampled large-scale farms were all qualified and the qualified rate at the group level reached 100%. Among the 16 selected villages,samples from 15 villages were qualified. As a conclusion,the overall immune effect of PPR in Zhucheng was good.
