    摘要:

    为了解广西河池市山羊片形吸虫的感染和流行情况,从2018年开始,连续2年在河池市11个县(区)采集存栏30只以上养殖场户的山羊血清7 632份,用间接ELISA方法进行片形吸虫抗体检测。结果显示:2018年、2019年的血清样品总体阳性率分别为44.34%、49.81%,场总体阳性率分别为79.72%、93.33%。结果表明,河池市山羊片形吸虫感染很普遍,感染程度较为严重,防控效果较差。结果提示,应加强宣传,提高养殖场户驱虫意识,制定并实施切实有效的防治措施。本调查为全市制定山羊寄生虫病防控措施提供了数据参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to make out the infection status and prevalence of goat Fasciola hepatica in Hechi City of Guangxi,7 632 goat serum samples were collected from the households/farms with more than 30 goats in 11 counties(districts)for two consecutive years from 2018,for detection of antibodies against Fasciola hepatica by indirect ELISA. The results showed that,the overall positive rates of the samples were 44.34% and 49.81% respectively in the two years,which at the farm level were 79.72% and 93.33% respectively. It was concluded that infection of Fasciola hepatica in goats was widely distributed across Hechi City,at a serious level but with poor control effect,against which,it was necessary to strengthen publicity to improve the awareness of households/farms for deworming,develop and implement effective measures to prevent and control the disease. By the investigation,some data was thereby provided for development of scientific measures to prevent and control the disease across the city.
