为加强非洲猪瘟（ASF）常态防控下生猪检疫工作，探索采用红外体温计快速测量生猪体温的方法，用于生猪产地检疫和屠宰检疫等方面的临床检查。以某生猪定点屠宰场存栏待宰的肥猪为试验对象，在晚7时以后（气温12~24 ℃）生猪充分休息并处于安静状态下，分别用红外体温计与水银体温计同时检测同一头生猪的体温和肛温，共测量100头生猪；将获得的100组数据筛选后，用Excel软件进行配对，分析其相关性。结果显示，红外体温与肛温之间存在线性相关，一致性较好，相关系数R2=0.858 2，回归方程式为y=4x-107.11（y为肛温，x为红外体温）。结果表明，用红外测量代替水银测量用于生猪检疫方法可行，可实现短时间内大批量生猪体温测量。今后应进一步探索红外体温计测量生猪体温的适用条件，确定不同环境条件下生猪检疫中的最适测量环节。本试验为生猪检疫临床检查中增加体温检测事项提供了技术支持。
In order to strengthen live pig quarantine under normal prevention and control of African swine fever（ASF），a method to rapidly measure body temperature of pigs by infrared thermometers was explored to be used for clinical inspection including inspection and quarantine at the place of origin and slaughtering. An experiment targeting to fattening pigs for slaughtering in a fixed-point slaughterhouse was carried out，the temperatures of body and anus of the same pig were simultaneously measured respectively by an infrared thermometer and a mercury thermometer after 7 p.m.（at the temperature of 12 to 24 ℃）when it had a full rest in a quiet status，involving 100 live pigs；the obtained 100 groups of data were screened and matched with Excel software to analyze their correlations. The results showed that there was a good linear correlation between infrared temperature and anal temperature（R2=0.858 2），and the regression equation was y=4x-107.11（y：anal temperature，x：infrared temperature）. It was concluded that infrared thermometers could be used for pig quarantine instead of mercury thermometers，which could measure large number of pigs in a short time. In the future，the applicable conditions for measuring body temperature of pigs by infrared thermometers should be further explored to determine the optimal link for measurement in pig quarantine under different environments. In the paper，body temperature measurement was technically supported to be included in clinical inspection of pig quarantine.
