    为了解J亚群禽白血病病毒(ALV-J)在山东省枣庄市鸡场的流行情况,2019—2020年在枣庄市39家鸡场采集1 174份血清样品,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)进行ALV-J抗体检测。结果显示:39家鸡场中有27家检出阳性,群体阳性率为69.2%(95%CI:56.2%~85.1%);1 174份鸡血清样品中,有200份为阳性,个体阳性率为17.0%(95%CI:15.2%~19.6%)。不同区域间个体阳性率,经卡方检验差异显著(χ2=27.48、P<0.01);群体阳性率,经fishers确切检验,差异不显著(P>0.05)。2019年个体阳性率为12.4%(95%CI:10.0%~15.3%)、2020年为21.8%(95%CI:18.9%~25.7%),经卡方检验差异显著(χ2=18.51、P<0.01);2019年群体阳性率为65.0%(95%CI:45.4%~87.3%),2020年为73.7%(95%CI:55.5%~94.9%),经fishers确切检验,群体阳性率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,枣庄市鸡场普遍存在ALV-J感染,感染率较高。建议继续深入推进禽白血病净化工作,加强引种管理,严把疫苗免疫关,做好综合防控。

    Abstract:

    In order to identify the prevalence status of avian leukemia virus subgroup J(ALV-J)in chicken farms in Zaozhuang City of Shandong Province,1 174 serum samples were collected from 39 farms from 2019 to 2020 to detect antibodies against ALV-J by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The results showed that 27 out of 39 farms were positive with population positive rate of 69.2%(95%CI:56.2% to 85.1%),and 200 out of 1 174 serum samples were positive with individual positive rate of 17.0%(95%CI:15.2% to 19.6%). The individual positive rate in different regions was significantly different(χ2=27.48,P<0.01)by Chi-square test;and the difference of population positive rates was not significant(P>0.05)by Fisher's exact test. The individual positive rates were 12.4%(95%CI:10.0% to 15.3%)and 21.8%(95%CI:18.9% to 25.7%)respectively in 2019 and 2020,with significant difference by Chi-square test(χ2=18.51,P<0.01);the population positive rates were 65.0%(95%CI:45.4% to 87.3%)and 73.7%(95%CI:55.5% to 94.9%)respectively in 2019 and 2020,the difference was not significant(P>0.05). It was concluded that the farms were widely infected with ALV-J with a relatively high infection rate. It was recommended to achieve comprehensive prevention and control through further purification of ALV,strengthening management of introduction and controlling vaccination.
