为了解山东省家畜布鲁氏菌病流行情况，在 “全国动物卫生监测平台——疫病监测系统”数据库中，下载2016—2020 年山东省各年度的布鲁氏菌血清感染抗体检测数据，使用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计分析。结果显示：2016—2020 年山东省共检测血清样品1 025 069份，检出阳性3 599份，平均个体阳性率为0.35%；共检测场点26 296个，检出阳性场点367个，平均场点阳性率为1.40%；各年份的个体阳性率分别为0.70%、0.53%、0.24%、0.28%和0.19%，场点阳性率分别为2.07%、2.13%、1.04%、1.02%、0.86%，均总体呈现下降趋势，但各年份差异不显著（P＞0.05）。羊、奶牛和其他品种牛的个体阳性率分别为0.43%、0.29%和0.07%，场点阳性率分别为1.75%、1.37%和0.42%，阳性水平较低，品种间无显著差异（P＞0.05）；种畜场、散养户和商品代场的个体阳性率分别为0.63%、0.33%和0.31%，场点阳性率分别为2.50%、1.42%和1.20%，阳性水平也较低，场点间差异也不明显（P＞0.05）。结果表明，山东省布鲁氏菌病总体防控效果较好，发生大流行的风险较低，但仍存在疫情散发风险。结果提示，应进一步加强家畜布鲁氏菌病综合防控，加大动物跨区域调运检疫以及交易市场的监管力度，全面提升布鲁氏菌病防控能力，持续开展布鲁氏菌病净化，从根本上遏制布鲁氏菌病的发生和流行。本研究为山东省制定布鲁氏菌病防控净化策略和措施提供了依据。
In order to investigate the prevalence status of animal brucellosis in Shandong Province，the detection data of brucellosis serum infection antibodies in the province from 2016 to 2020 was downloaded from the database of“National Animal Health Monitoring Platform—Disease Monitoring System”，then summarized and analyzed by use of SPSS 22.0 software. The results showed that a total of 1 025 069 samples were detected during the period，3 599 were positive，with an average individual positive rate of 0.35%；367 out of 26 296 farms/premises were positive，with an average positive rate of 1.40%；and the individual positive rates were 0.70%，0.53%，0.24%，0.28% and 0.19% respectively in each year，farm/premise positive rates were 2.07%，2.13%，1.04%，1.02% and 0.86%，all of which trended to decline with insignificant difference（P＞0.05）in each year. For sheep，dairy cows and other varieties of cattle，the individual positive rates were 0.43%，0.29% and 0.07%，respectively，the farm/premise positive rates were 1.75%，1.37% and 0.42%，respectively，all of which were relatively low and there was no significant difference among varieties（P＞0.05）；for breeding farms，free-range households and commercial farms，the individual positive rates were 0.63%，0.33% and 0.31%，respectively，and the farm/premise positive rates were 2.50%，1.42% and 1.20%，respectively，all of which were also at lower positive level and with insignificant difference（P＞0.05）. In conclusion，brucellosis was better controlled in general，with lower risk of pandemic，but there was still potential risk of spreading. For the purpose of containing any occurrence and spreading of the disease thoroughly，it was necessary to strengthen comprehensive control measures，increase quarantine of animal trans-regional movement and supervision of trading markets，comprehensively improve the ability of disease prevention and control and continue to purify the disease. A basis was thereby provided for future development of strategies and measures for prevention，control and purification of the disease in Shandong Province.
