为了解蓝舌病（bluetongue，BT）在云南边境地区的流行和分布情况，2020年采用竞争ELISA 方法，在云南省边境地区12 个县市随机采集135个养殖场、活畜交易市场和散养户的3 800份牛血清样品进行蓝舌病病毒（bluetongue virus，BTV）抗体检测。结果显示：12 个边境县市均检出阳性血清样品，平均样品阳性率为77.9%，场户阳性率为93.3%；样品阳性率有一定的地区差异，其中陇川县最高（92.0%），孟连县最低（48.0%），差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）；境外牛血清样品阳性率（84.8%）显著高于本地牛（67.9%），P＜0.05；不同饲养方式下的样品阳性率存在差异，其中舍饲最高（81.4%），半放牧半舍饲（62.5%）最低，P＜0.05；黄牛样品阳性率（80.0%）明显高于水牛（61.4%），P＜0.05。结果推断，BT在云南边境地区可能广泛存在且流行严重，需要持续开展血清学调查、监测，重点加强对境外牛的控制。本研究为我国西南边境地区BT防控提供了数据参考。
In order to investigate the prevalence status and distribution of bluetongue disease（BT）in border regions in Yunnan Province，3 800 cattle serum samples were collected from 135 farms，live animal markets and backyards in 12 counties/cities in the province to detect antibodies against bluetongue virus（BTV）by competitive ELISA. The results showed that positive samples were detected from all the 12 counties/cities，with average sample positive rate of 77.9% and farm/household positive rate of 93.3%；the positive rates of samples from different regions were different to some extent，the maximum was in Longchuan County（92.0%）and the minimum was in Menglian County（48.0%），which was of statistical significance（P＜0.05）；the positive rate was obviously higher in imported cattle（84.8%）compared to that in local cattle（67.9%），P＜0.05；the positive rate was also different under different farming modes，and it was maximum under penfeed mode（81.4%）and minimum under semi-penfeed mode（62.5%），P＜0.05；the positive rate was obviously higher in yellow cattle（80.0%）than that in buffalo（61.4%），P＜0.05. It was concluded that BT maybe widely and increasingly prevalent in border regions in Yunnan，against which，serological investigation and monitoring should be continued and any imported cattle should be well controlled. A reference was thus provided for future prevention and control of BT in southwest border regions in China.
