为掌握伊吾县羊牛布鲁氏菌病（简称布病）的流行特点和净化效果，依据国家标准《动物布鲁氏菌病诊断技术》，用虎红平板凝集试验（RBT）初筛，试管凝集试验（SAT）确诊的方法，2017—2021年连续5年对伊吾县养殖场户所有牛羊采集血样进行布鲁氏菌抗体检测，共检测牛羊血清样品1 040 792 份，检出阳性样品7 005份，平均阳性率为0.67%，其中牛平均阳性率为0.74%，羊为 0.66%；牛、羊春季阳性率分别为0.91%、0.82%，秋季分别为0.58%、0.46%，季节差异显著（P＜0.05）；牛、羊散养户平均阳性率（0.76%、0.67%）均高于规模场（0、0.14%），差异显著（P＜0.05）；2017年牛羊布病平均阳性率为1.27%，2018年采取人为干预净化措施后，4年的布病阳性率分别降至0.49%、0.54%、0.30%、0.60%，与2017年相比，阳性率下降明显（P＜0.05）；苇子峡乡（3.18%）、盐池镇（1.12%）和淖毛湖镇（1.00%）的羊布病平均阳性率明显高于其余3个乡镇（0.18%~0.62%），而盐池镇（1.54%）牛布病平均阳性率显著高于其余5个乡镇（0.07%~0.50%），差异均显著（P＜0.05）。结果表明，2018年以来伊吾县采取的布病人为干预措施取得了明显成效，但总体看还没有达到布病控制标准，布病发生风险依然存在。今后还需继续加大监测和防控力度，做好防治宣传，强化检疫监管，提高养殖户防控意识，加快推进布病净化，尽快实现净化目标。
In order to identify the prevalence characteristics and purification effect of brucellosis in sheep and cattle in Yiwu County of Xinjiang，as required by the Diagnostic Technology of Animal Brucellosis，1 040 792 serum samples were collected from all cattle and sheep in the county consecutively from 2017 to 2021 to detect antibodies against Brucella by use of rose bengal plate test（RBT）and standard agglutination test（SAT），7 005 positive samples were detected，and the average positive rate was 0.67%，specifically，0.74% in cattle and 0.66% in sheep；the positive rates of cattle and sheep were 0.91% and 0.82% in spring，0.58% and 0.46% in autumn，respectively，with obvious difference in different seasons（P＜0.05）；the average positive rates of free-range households for cattle and sheep（0.76% and 0.67%）were higher than those in intensive farms（0 and 0.14%），with obvious difference（P＜0.05）. The average positive rate of brucellosis in cattle and sheep was 1.27% in 2017，and reduced to 0.49%，0.54%，0.30% and 0.60% respectively in the past four years since comprehensive purification measures were taken in 2018，and the positive rate decreased significantly（P＜0.05）compared with 2017；the average positive rates in sheep in Weizixia Township（3.18%），Yanchi Town（1.12%）and Naomaohu Town（1.00%）were significantly higher than those in other townships（0.18%-0.62%），while that in cattle in Yanchi Town（1.54%）was significantly higher than that in other townships（0.07%-0.50%），with significant difference（P＜0.05），and no positive case had been detected in Xiamaya Township since 2019 and in Weizixia Township since 2020. In conclusion，remarkable results had been achieved through the intervention measures taken in Yiwu County since 2018，although the control standard was still far away in general with potential risk of occurrence of brucellosis. Therefore，it was necessary to achieve the goal of purification through continuing to strengthen monitoring and efforts for prevention，control and awareness activities，increase quarantine supervision，improve farmers' awareness，and accelerate the purification of brucellosis.
