Based on the surveillance data related to sampling inspection for poultry egg products as published by State Administration for Market Regulation in recent years,it was found that,in combination with the data obtained through researches on detection of poultry egg products by relevant institutions responsible for inspection and evaluation of animal and poultry product quality and safety,a risk of residues of flufenicol(amine),enrofloxacin(enrofloxacin plus ciprofloxacin),ofloxacin,thiamphenicol,chloramphenicol,sulfonamides(total amount),trimethoprim,metronidazole,dimethidazole,doxycycline,furazolidone metabolite [3-amino-2-oxazolidinone(AOZ)],amantadine and other drugs was available in fresh chicken eggs,native chicken eggs,black-bone chicken eggs,goose eggs and other poultry eggs,against which,upon analysis,relevant countermeasures were put forward,including improving public's awareness and training related to national laws,regulations and announcements;advocating to establish intensive and standardized farms for laying poultry;developing a good bio-safety system for the farms to implement the National Action Plan for Reducing the Use of Veterinary Antibiotics;strengthening the responsibility consciousness of manufactures for egg products to thoroughly implement the system of commitment to compliance certificate for edible agricultural products;enhancing the supervision over drug use during the process of breeding with increasing supervision,inspection and sampling inspection;and establishing a supervision mechanism for transprovincial or transregional movement of egg products to strengthen supervision over market access and distribution of egg products.
