为评价重组禽流感病毒三价灭活疫苗（H5N1 Re-11+Re-12株、H7N9 Re-2株）对麻鸭和番鸭的免疫特性，优化商品麻鸭和番鸭养殖场禽流感免疫程序，开展了麻鸭、番鸭现场免疫试验。以推荐的免疫程序和剂量分组免疫21日龄麻鸭和番鸭，免疫后定期采血测定抗体效价。结果显示：一免组麻鸭在35、49、63日龄产生的H5N1（Re-11、Re-12株）和H7N9 Re-2株HI抗体效价均低于5.70log2，抗体合格率为73%~89%；二免组麻鸭针对三种抗原的抗体滴度均大于6.00log2，抗体合格率均大于86%。一免组番鸭在35日龄的H5N1（Re-11、Re-12株）和H7N9 Re-2株HI抗体效价和合格率分别为5.54log2和90%，5.61log2和90%，5.63log2和90%；49日龄分别上升至6.01log2和100%，6.07log2和100%，6.15log2和100%；63日龄分别为5.66log2和100%，5.79log2和100%，5.81log2和100%；二免组番鸭在35~63日龄时，各毒株抗体滴度都较高，抗体效价均高于6.40log2，抗体合格率均为100%。对照组麻鸭与番鸭在35、49、63日龄抗体合格率均较低。结果表明，二次免疫可增强免疫保护效果。本研究为广大养殖户制定水禽高致病性禽流感免疫程序提供了数据支撑。
In order to evaluate the immunogenicity of trivalent inactivated vaccines（H5N1 Re-11+Re-12，H7N9 Re-2）against recombinant avian influenza virus（AIV）in sheldrakes and muscovy ducks，and to optimize the immune procedure against AIV in commercial farms，a field immunization test was conducted through vaccinating sheldrakes and muscovy ducks at 21-day old by recommended immunization procedure and dose，followed by regular collection of blood samples to determine antibody titer. The results showed that，for sheldrakes after the primary immunization，all their antibody titers of H5N1（Re-11，Re-12）and H7N9 Re-2 produced in those at 35，49 and 63-day old were lower than 5.70log2，and their qualified rates of antibodies were 73% to 89%；for sheldrakes after the secondary immunization，all their antibody titers against the three antigens were larger than 6.00log2，and all the qualified rates of antibodies were above 86%. For muscovy ducks after the primary immunization，the titers and qualified rates of HI antibodies against H5N1（Re-11，Re-12）and H7N9 Re-2 were 5.54log2 and 90%，5.61log2 and 90%，5.63log2 and 90%，respectively in those at 35-day old，increased to 6.01log2 and 100%，6.07log2 and 100%，6.15log2 and 100%，respectively when they reached 49-day old，then were 5.66log2 and 100%，5.79log2 and 100%，5.81log2 and 100%，respectively when they were at 63-day old. For muscovy ducks after the primary immunization，all their antibody titers of all strains were higher than 6.40log2，and the qualified rates of all antibodies were 100% when they were at 35~63-day old. The qualified rates of antibodies were lower in sheldrakes and muscovy ducks at 35，49 and 63-day old in the control group. In conclusion，the effect of immune protection could be increased by twice immunization. Farms were thereby supported with data obtained in the paper to develop an immunization program for fighting against highly pathogenic avian influenza（HPAI）in waterfowl.
