In order to scientifically guide the safety production and personal protection in the entities for livestock and poultry breeding during the outbreak of COVID-19，Guidelines to the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 and Emergency Response in Farms（Households）in Jilin Province（First Edition）was formulated according to relevant documents issued by the State Council and the COVID-19 team in Jilin Province，and in combination with the actual efforts for prevention and control of COVID-19 in rural areas in the Province，in which，five conventional countermeasures and three emergency response measures were put forward to timely control，reduce or eliminate any possible harm caused by human infection with COVID-19 in farms（households），maintain their normal production order，and minimize any loss and impact of the outbreak on the development of the industry.
