泰万菌素对PRRSV感染的临床调节作用及对猪瘟和口蹄疫疫苗免疫效果的影响

    以猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)阳性不稳定场猪群为试验对象,评价泰万菌素对PRRSV感染程度的调节作用及对猪瘟(CSF)疫苗,口蹄疫(FMD)A型和O型疫苗免疫效果的影响。试验一:将2 000头母猪随机等分为A、B两组,分别给药两家泰万菌素产品,对比用药前后母猪抗体水平及各项生产性能指标变化。结果显示:用药后两组猪群PRRSV、猪瘟病毒(CSFV)抗体水平比用药前均得到明显改善。其中A组PRRSV抗体S/P值在0.4~2.0范围内比例由53.6%升至89.3%(P<0.05);母猪群CSFV抗体阳性率由67.9%升至100%(P<0.05),抗体水平由50.8%提升至91.1%(P<0.05)。猪群口蹄疫病毒(FMDV)A/O型抗体阳性率、离散度亦有所改善,且猪群各生产指标均得到提高。试验二:对种公猪实施泰万菌素保健。保健前后各指标对比分析结果显示:保健后种公猪群PRRSV抗体阳性率由100%降至66.1%,S/P值均在2.0以内,离散度降至22.5%。综上,泰万菌素能有效缓解猪群PRRSV的感染程度,提升猪群的健康水平,同时使猪群在免疫CSF、FMD疫苗后获得更好的免疫应答。

    Abstract:

    The purpose of the paper was to evaluate the regulation of tylvalosin on porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)infection,as well as the immunity produced by the vaccines against classical swine fever(CSF),foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)type A and O. For experiment 1,2 000 sows were randomly divided into A and B groups,and respectively administrated with tylvalosin products provided by two manufacturers to compare their changes of antibody level and production performance indexes prior to and after administration. It was found that the antibody levels against PRRSV and CSFV in the two groups were significantly improved after administration. In group A,the proportion of S/P value of PRRSV antibody within the range of 0.4-2.0 increased from 53.6% to 89.3%(P<0.05);the positive rate of antibody against CSFV increased from 67.9% to 100%(P<0.05),and the antibody level from 50.8% to 91.1%(P<0.05). The positive rate of antibody and dispersion of FMDV A/O were also improved,so were all production indexes of the sows. For experiment 2:boars were taken healthcare with tylvalosin. All indexes prior to and after healthcare were compared and analyzed,it was found that,after healthcare,the positive rate of antibody against PRRSV decreased from 100% to 66.1%,the S/P value was within 2.0,and the dispersion decreased to 22.5%. In conclusion,the level of infection with PRRSV could be effectively reduced by tylvalosin through improving the health level of pigs and producing better immune response in pigs after vaccination with vaccines against CSF and FMD.
