Veterinary drug test to be conducted by relevant laboratories is the key link to control the quality of veterinary drugs，while technical archives detail record the profession，technical title，work experience，qualification certification and other information concerning technical staff，by which their comprehensive quality may be reflected，and information resources may be provided for the efficient development of veterinary drug test. Under high-quality development in the new era，the management of technical archives of laboratory staff is gradually developing，although some shortages are also found in its cognition，management system，service functions and other aspects. In the paper，centering on the development of technical archives management system，relevant suggestions were put forward，considering the development of service function of technical archives and giving high priority to the archives，with a view to improving the management level of technical archives and promoting high-quality development of veterinary drug test.
