    摘要:

    猪圆环病毒3型(porcine circovirus 3,PCV3)属于圆环病毒科圆环病毒属,是2016年发现的圆环病毒。本文从PCV3的流行现状、易感动物、传染源及传播途径等方面综述了该病毒感染的流行病学研究进展。国外及国内多个地区的养猪场报道了PCV3感染以及由PCV3引起的疾病,阳性率较高,表明该病毒也是养猪业潜在的重要病原体。PCV3可感染家猪和野猪,且存在多种其他中间宿主;既可通过接触、消化道等进行水平传播,也可从父母代到子代垂直传播。未来应密切监测PCV3与其他猪病原体的合并感染,持续跟踪PCV3优势毒株遗传多样性和分子流行病学的动态变化,开发针对性的PCV3疫苗,加强对PCV3流行的控制,保障养猪业健康发展。

    Abstract:

    Porcine circovirus 3(PCV3)is a member of the circovirus genus of the circoviridae family,which was discovered in 2016. In the paper,the epidemiological researches on the virus were summarized from the aspects of its prevalence status,susceptible animals,infectious sources and transmission routes. Infection with PCV3 and the disease caused by it had been reported in swine farms in foreign and domestic regions,with higher positive rate,indicating that it was a major potential pathogen in the pig industry. Domestic pigs and wild boars might be infected with PCV3,and there were many other intermediate hosts;not only could the virus be spread horizontally through contact,digestive tract,etc.,but vertically from parent generation to offspring. Therefore,it was recommended to closely monitor all co-infection of PCV3 and other porcine pathogens,continue to track all dynamic changes of genetic diversity and molecular epidemiology of its dominant strains,develop targeted vaccines,strengthen control of its prevalence,and thus ensure the healthy development of pig industry.
