    为了解春季新疆吐鲁番市牛体表蜱寄生情况以及蜱种类和优势种群,选取艾丁湖镇牛养殖规模较大的5个村为试验点,采集牛体表吸血蜱虫,采用形态学鉴定方法进行蜱种属鉴定,采用SPSS 26.0 软件统计分析蜱种优势度及感染情况。结果显示:在100头牛体表共采集吸血蜱虫1 362只,经形态学鉴定,均为硬蜱科璃眼蜱属的亚洲璃眼蜱和小亚璃眼蜱。小亚璃眼蜱数量居多,占58.81%(801/1 362);蜱分布范围广,在每个村均有分布。大庄子村分布的蜱虫数量最多,占30.03%(409/1 362);西热木村最少,占8.44%(115/1 362)。小亚璃眼蜱在琼库勒村的相对优势度(Dr)最高,为68.92%(173/251),在花园村最低,为47.27%(191/404);亚洲璃眼蜱在花园村的Dr最高,为57.27%(213/404),在琼库勒村最低,为31.08%(78/251);小亚璃眼蜱在大庄子村的蜱指数(Im)最高,为12.75,而亚洲璃眼蜱在花园村最高,为10.65。运用SPSS 26.0 软件对不同试验点两蜱种的Dr进行卡方检验,结果小亚璃眼蜱在各试验点间没有显著性差异(P>0.05),而亚洲璃眼蜱存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结果表明:该地区春季主要流行小亚璃眼蜱和亚洲璃眼蜱,且分布广泛,牛体表蜱感染较为严重。因此,春季应针对性加强璃眼蜱的驱虫工作,以降低人畜感染相关虫媒病原的风险。

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate the infection status of cattle ticks,the species and dominant ticks in springs in Turpan City,Xinjiang,cattle ticks were collected from 5 villages with large scale of cattle breeding in Aidingkol Township to identify the species of ticks by a morphological identification method,and to analyze the species dominance and the status of infection by SPSS 26.0 software. The results showed that 1 362 ticks were collected from the body surface of 100 cattle,all of which were Hyalomma asiaticum(H. asiaticum)and Hyalomma anatolicum(H. anatolicum)as identified by morphology,and H. anatolicum accounted for 58.81%(801/1 362). The ticks were widely distributed in each village,especially Dazhuangzi Village,accounting for 30.03%(409/1 362),while Xiremu Village accounting for 8.44%(115/1 362). The degree of relative dominance(Dr)of H. anatolicum was highest in Qiongkule Village(68.92%,173/251),and lowest in Huayuan Village(47.27%,191/404),that of H. asiaticum was highest(57.27%,213/404)in Huayuan Village and lowest(31.08%,78/251)in Qiongkule Village. The tick index(Im)of H. anatolicum was highest in Dazhuangzi Village(12.75),while that of H. asiaticum was highest in Huayuan Village(10.65). SPSS 26.0 software was used to carry out a Chi-square test for the Dr of the two kinds of ticks in different experimental sites. It was found that no significant difference(P>0.05)was observed in H. anatolicum in all sites,which was different from H. asiaticum(P<0.05). In conclusion,H. asiaticum and H. anatolicum were widely distributed in springs in the region,with serious level of infection. It was thus recommended to further deworm H. asiaticum in springs to reduce potential risk of tick-borne pathogens in human and animals.
