    为了解贵州省羊群布鲁氏菌感染情况,采用系统综述和Meta分析方法,对既往已发表文献的感染数据进行汇总分析。共纳入24篇中文文献进行定量分析,涉及506 843份样品。结果显示:贵州省羊群布鲁氏菌个体阳性率为2.0%(95%CI:1.5%~2.6%),群阳性率为6.0%(95%CI:3.0%~9.0%)。从地区看,黔东南州个体阳性率最高,为4.7%(95%CI:2.4%~6.9%),其次是毕节和铜仁;以5年为1个阶段,2001—2005年个体阳性率为2.2%(95%CI:0~6.2%),2005年后有所下降,2016—2020年维持在1.6%;从养殖场类型来看,商品场个体阳性率最高,其次是散养户和种畜场。研究表明,贵州省羊群布病防控情况不容乐观。建议开展“检疫、监测、消毒、扑杀、宣传”相结合的综合性防控措施,稳步推进当地布病净化工作。

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate Brucella infection in sheep in Guizhou Province,the data concerning such infection studied in previously published literatures were summarized and analyzed by systematic review and Meta analysis,involving 506 843 samples from 24 Chinese literatures. The results showed that the seroprevalence of Brucella at individual level was 2.0%(95%CI:1.5%-2.6%),and that at population level was 6.0%(95%CI:3.0%-9.0%). For different regions,the individual seroprevalence was 4.7%(95%CI:2.4%-6.9%)in Qiandongnan Prefecture,followed by Bijie and Tongren cities;taking five years as a stage,the individual seroprevalence was 2.2%(95%CI:0-6.2%)from 2001 to 2005,declined after 2005,and remained at 1.6% from 2016 to 2020;for the types of farms,the individual seroprevalence of commercial farms was highest,followed by free-range households and breeding farms. Taking a dim view of the poor status of prevention and control of brucellosis in sheep in Guizhou Province,it was therefore recommended to carry out comprehensive prevention and control measures in combination with “quarantine,monitoring,disinfection,stamping out and awareness improvement” to strongly promote local purification of brucellosis.
