The implementation of inspection and quarantine of animals and animal products within the customs territory and at borders of the Eurasian Economic Union（EAEU）was subject to The Provisions on the Veterinary Health and Quarantine Measures to be Implemented within Customs Union（Customs Union Resolution No.317），of which a series of regulations had been revised many times since it came into force in 2010. In order to learn the system of entry-exit animal quarantine implemented by the Union and to promote future trade of related products between China and the Union countries，the main laws and regulations applied by the Union were summarized based on the Resolution from the aspects of entry-exit animal quarantine objects，veterinary quarantine procedures，joint inspection and sampling，quarantine requirements，official veterinary quarantine certificates，etc.，which were then compared with the law of entry-exit animal and plant quarantine implemented by China. With reference to the advanced practices of the Union，the work on entry-exit animal quarantine in China was recommended to be improved from the aspects of mutual recognition of regionalization，unified quarantine requirements，etc.
