    2022年2月以来,美国持续暴发由2.3.4.4b分支引发的H5N1亚型高致病性禽流感疫情,累计扑杀家禽近4 800万只,给当地家禽产业造成巨大损失,引起全球广泛关注。遗传演化关系表明美国流行毒株与欧洲同期流行毒株亲缘关系较近,但又相对独立。北美和欧洲流行的毒株与我国Re-14疫苗株属于同一分支,其相互间的HA基因氨基酸同源性较高(98.6%~99.5%);在美国,H5N1亚型毒株还导致赤狐等多种哺乳动物感染。美国疫情的暴发给我国禽流感防控带来了诸多警示和影响。本文结合我国情况,提出了加强疫情信息分析,强化野生动物和病原变异情况监测等针对性的防控措施建议。

    Abstract:

    Since February 2022,the outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza(H5N1 subtype)caused by branch 2.3.4.4b had continuously occurred in the United States,which had made nearly 48 million poultry killed,bringing huge losses to local poultry industry and drawing concerns from the whole world. It was indicated that,through the genetic evolution,the prevalent strain was closely related to the homochronous one in Europe,but relatively independent. The strains prevalent in North America and Europe belonged to the same branch as the Re-14 vaccine strain in China,and their homology of HA gene amino acid was high(from 98.6% to 99.5%);in the United States,red foxes and other mammals were infected with H5N1 subtype virus. For the outbreaks in the United States,many warnings and impacts were brought to the prevention and control of avian influenza in China. Based on actual conditions in China,some targeted measures were proposed in the paper,such as strengthening analysis on epidemic information,and increasing monitoring of wild animals and pathogen variation.
