In 2021，the policy of compulsory immunization of“vaccination followed by compensation”was implemented in Fuyang City through a series of measures including extensive publicity，organization of veterinary socialized service，government support service，field investigation，etc.，receiving remarkable achievements. However，some shortages were also found，such as low level of compensation for vaccines，complicated application for such compensation，heavy pressure on field staff，etc. It was therefore recommended to simplify the application procedures，scientifically develop the access standards for farms，improve the monitoring mechanism for immune antibodies，and to strengthen the role of animal health supervision and law enforcement，with a view to providing a reference for the comprehensive implementation of the compulsory immunization of“vaccination followed by compensation”.
