On February 24，2021，4 kinds of feed additives with the labels indicating production by a feed additive enterprise were found in a warehouse at the southeast corner of the production area of an enterprise producing veterinary drugs by the executive staff of A City Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs，which was suspected of illegally producing feed additives without a permit. Upon investigation，it was determined that the party concerned indeed violated the applicable law，and received administrative penalties in accordance with the Regulations on the Management of Feed and Feed Additives and right of discretion subject to the ×× Province Agricultural Administrative Penalty Discretionary Power Benchmark Rules（for Feed）. The determination of case facts，law application and the determination of legal responsibility of administrative counterparts were discussed in brief，with a view to improving the comprehensive law enforcement ability of executive staff and ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural inputs.
