摘要:ELISA using HRP-conjugated rabbit-anti-animal meat and serum glubulin anti-sera were applied to the determination of 860 beef samples,510 horse meat samples,510 pork samples, 310 sheep meat samples and 100 camel meat samples with a detection rate of over 95% for each species. Copared to other serological assays, the double-antibody sandwich ELISA was more sensitive and of higher specificity in determination of meats from different animal species. It was easy and simple to operate and required only simple equipment. Detection kits developed on this technique are available for the meat inspectors on-site

摘要:A fast ELISA is discribed for the detection of swine trichinosis. Serum samples and HRP-SPA conjugate were co-incubated in an indirect-ELISA, thus simplifying procedures and saving time by 30-90 minutes. Tests of the positive and negative sera showed the sensitivity and specificity of the fast ELISA were 93. 62% and 96. 88% respectively,providing a new and rapid method for the diagnosis of swine trichinosis.

摘要:PCR technique was first used in china for the detection of Campylobacter fetus of cattle. Test results showes that revealed specifically the presence of Campylobacter fetus subsp. fetus and C. fetus subsp. Venerialis in ster-ilised saline solution, and failed to react with C. coli,Staphylococcus spp,Streptococcus spp.and E. coli. It was of high specificity and extreme sensitive,detecting even only one organism in a sample,providing a promising future for appli-cation.

摘要:Non-structure protein (NS1) of bluetongue virus demonstrates high homology in its different serotypes and this can be base for group-specific detection. 210 fragment in NS1 gene was used as template for PCR amplification following its synthesis into the first band cDNA by reverse transcriptase, resulting in specific reaction with bluetongue virus and not with EHDV and Ibaraki virus.

摘要:Colonies with and without H2S on DLA plate were read in three tubes respectively containing TSI, LMA and mannitol or TSI,LMA and ONPG followed by adding one drop each of diagnostic enterobacterial phages 0-1,polyvalent bacteriophage C and Polyvalent Bacteriophage E. ("Double-Three" method in short)for the detection of Salmonella, we used the "double-three"method in determining 236 suspicius strains in 341 samples in 125 batches of fishmeals. and detected 27 strains of Salmonella including 11 serotypes, which had been confirmed by serial serial biochemi-cal tests by 100% suggesting that this technique was featured by simplicity, rapidness, accuracy and applicability.

摘要:A neutralizing immunoperoxydase assay was used to detect BVDV in 26 bovine sera from Inner-Mongolia and Beijing,resulting in 14 positive ones,3 of which were tested with fluorescent-antibody technique wity all positive results indicating a bright future for its application in BVDV detection.
