摘要:A techoique for coupling antigen of Japanese encepeitis virus (JEV)to tanned sheep red the cell (SRBC) is discribed. A rapid and simple method-passive hdemagglutination assay for the detection of Japanese encephalitis viral antibody was established for clinical specimen from both pigs and humen. PHA has a high specificity and sensitivity. Results showed that the sensitivity of PHA is similat to that of HI and the agreement between PHA and HI is 85. 12% and that between PHA and ELISA is 91. 70%.

摘要:Samples of feces, egg and oviducts from egglayers infected experimentally with egg drop syndrome virus were examined by using photobiotin-labelled EDSV-DNA and pUC-19 plasma recombinant as probe. The results showed that the probe could specifically detect EDSV in the samples of feces, oviducts and whey from the infected birds and showed negative reactions to the controls as NDV, IBDV, IBV and IBHV. The sendtivity of the probe reached 10pg EDSV-DNA.

摘要:Rabbits were immunized with rat serum IgG purified by ammonium sulphate and DEAE fibrin column for preparation of hyperinunune serum of rabbit-anti-rat IgG. The titre in double agar-difusion was 1: 64 and there appeared a specific line in immuno-electropherosis. The purity and content of the hyperimmune serum was up to the labotatory standard.

摘要:A comparative study of rapid coagulation assay (RCA)and complement fixation test(CFT)in examining 138 sera showed that the sensitivity of RCA (88. 9 % )is higher than that of CFT(81. 5% )and the false reaction of the former is lower than the latter (11. 1 %: 18. 5% ). Boh the tests had a good specificity and predictive value,and the positive agreement was high. RCA could detect positive reaction for a longer period of time (303 days)after infection than the CFT (92 days).
