摘要:Bursa were tuken from SPF chickens died with infection of infectious bursal disease virus and sonificated and homogenized,thus prepared as IBD AGP antigen. The survival SPF chickens were further immunized with inacti-vatal IBD vaccine for preperation of IBD serum. The dignodic reagents for IBD prepared with SPF chickens were both specific and sensible at a low cost,and can be widely used in avian diase laboratories.
