摘要:Serum protein of eight species of fish were analysed by cellulose acetate membrane electrophore-sis and it was found that the protein electrophoretogram,scanning diagram and the concentration of differentprotein fractions varied with fishes of different order,family or genus. Cellulose acetate membrane electrophore-sis was there fore considered as a reference for fish classification.
