摘要:In this study,a cDNA probe labelled with photobiotin for Newcastle disease virus(NDV) was prepared.Using dot hybridization and the AV-AP staining system,the probe showed strongly positive results when it was hybridized with a PCR product and its recombinant pSNDVF 0,but no hybridization signal was exhibited in other specimens such as IBV,MG,ILT and normal allantoic fluid.Three field samples suspected to be ND infection gave result which corresponded to the positive hybridization reactions.The study showed that the photobiotin-labelled NDV cDNA probe was a sensitve and specific method of detection.
