摘要:26 white- lipped deers, 41 red deers and 11 sikas were used to study the isozyme-specrta and polymorphism of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results were as follows: (1) There were four isozymes including LDH1 LDH2, LDH3 and LDH5 in the three species of Cervus. (2)LDH3 isozyme consisted of one to three subbands and LDH5 isozyme with and without enzyme activity were polymorphic proteins. (3) There were distinct characters of species in the isozyme-spectra and polymorphism of LDH of white-lipped deers.

摘要:With the antisera from the rabbit,the IFA was developed for the detection of A. hydrophila,The specificity of this method was high,all the artifical infected fish were detected as positive with this methodand no cross reaction occurred when A. salmonicida, Pseudomonas fluorescens and Edwardsiella tarda wereused. The whole reaction can be finished within 2. 5 h. It can be considered a useful method for the rapid detection of A. hydrophila
