摘要:An oil emusified inactivated vaccine for egg drop syndrome (EDS) was developed using local strain and vaccination experiments were conducted. The results indicated that HI titers of EDS antibodies were raised rapidly in chickens immunized with oil emulsified inactivatod vaccine of EDS, binary vaccine of ND and EDS and tri vaccine of ND, IB and EDS, remained over 6.8-8 log2 for more than 4 months and could resist virulent virus challenge. In addition the HI titers of ND and IB remained over 9-11 log2 130 days after immunization with the binary or trivaccines.

摘要:In vitro cultivation techniques were preliminarily studied by using blood from animals experimentaly infected with Babesia bigemina and strains stored in liquid nitrogen, enabling the growth, multiplication and preservation of the parasite. The parasitemia in bovine red blood cell with Babesia bigemina was upto 5% for 25 day. The experiment provided conditions for the application of cultivating technique for B.bigemina.

摘要:Recently outbreaks of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae(APP) occurred in the pig farms in Shandong Province including Qingdao Areas.18 strains were isolated and identified. The HT strain was isolated from the pig farm in Qingdao Areas in 1998. It was identified and serotyped as serotype 8.
