摘要:An ELISA was established for thedetection of serum antibody against swine streptocosisusing 2. 5% NaCl to extract capsular polyaccharideantigen of streptococcus sui, with 2% gelatin asblocking. Solution and 4 % PEG -PBS as serum dilu-ent Test on 4 immuuized sera, 16 sera from swinestreptococcosis infected pigs, 7 sera of with pigs in-fected other diseases than swine streptococcosis and115 submitted sera for detection showed that theELISA was of high specificity and its sensilivity was25- 250 times than AGID.

摘要:Two hundred pig liver specimensfrom current Guangzhou markets were analysed forhygienic quality by histopathology, histochemistry.andesides bacterial contamination as well Twenty -five types of lesions were detected in 136 out of 200(68 % )pig livers. Besides atrophy and various degen-eration of liver cells, edema, cyst, hemorrhage, necro-sis and calcification in liver tissues, malignant tumorand pathologic nuclear mitosis in precancer or cancerliver cells were also seen. The study showed that sev-eral to more than ten types of lesions often occurredin one specimen. The frequency of cirrhosis observedin the pig livers was very high. The lesions describedabove could influence the nutritional value, hygienicquality and storage of pig livers and the public healthas well.

摘要:The bactericidal activities of iodophorswere examined on the pathogenic bacteria and fungiinfecting aquatic animals. Exposed at room tempera-ture for 5 minutes, 99 % of Vibrio group I, freshwatersubgroup was inactivated by 0. 5 mg/L iodine, 99%of Edwardsiella tarda, Aeromonas sobria, Pseu-domonas fluorescens and Saprolegnia were inactivatedby 1 mg/L iodine and 99% of Aeromonas punctatasub. punctata. was inactivated by 5 mg/L
