摘要:A polymerase chain reaction (PCR)for avian anemia virus was developed. The primers was designed and synthesized after the DNA sequence data of the Cux- 1 strain of chicken anemia virus. And chicken anemia virus specific 420 base pair DNA product was amplified by these primers, but not from by those other 5 avian pathogenic virus and bacteria. As low as 10 femtogram of avian anemia virus DNA was detected by this PCR.

摘要:15 New Zealand rabbits were challenged with 13 cutaneous fungi strains isolated from rabbits, the syndrome of cutaneous mycosis was induced. The same fungi were isolated from the challenged rabbits, which had the same cultural character, form and structure as the parent strains. It was suggested that the isolates were pathogenic.
