摘要:A bacterial strain was isotated from blood, liver and spleen of Tilapa nilotica infected with hemorrhagic septicemia. The bacteria was identified as Aeromonas hydrophila by physical and biochemical methods. Animal regression tests appeared positive result and it was confirmed that the outbreak of hemorrhage in Tilapia was caused by Aeronomas hydrophila infection. Field per os immunization of Tilapa nilotica with bail-absorbed vaccine prepared with the bacteria strain isolated during the epidemic season, yielded 87. 1% survival rate and the control had only 59. 9% survival rate.
