摘要:The safety and efficacy of an attenuated S.gallinarum strain were confirmed in this study.Day-old-chicks were inoculated orally and subcutaneously with various dosages of the baeteria.They were then challenged with a mixture of virulent Salmonella strains 15 days postinoculation.Most of the inununized chicks were protected,while the control group died.The results suggested that the attenuated S.gallinarum strain eould be a good candidate for Salmonella vaccine.
