摘要:Three immuno -assays: immunohisto - chemistry, Western-blotting and enzyme - liked absorbent assay (ELISA) were compared for the detection of bovine sponiform encephalopathy (BSE) .It was found that the coinci- deuce of immunohistochemistry and western blotting with the true positive negative cases is 100%, and the co- incidence of ELISA is somewhat lower.The immunohisto - chemistry assay is simple in operation, and easy in judge- ment with low cost,and is well suit to China's condition for detection of the disease.52 samples were collected and detected by using the method call with negative results.
