摘要:An indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(I-ELISA)was successfully developed for detection of antibodies against duck hepatitis virus(DHV)in chicken.The coating antigen was purified by chloroform defattening,microporous membranes filtration,concentration and chromatography with sephadex G-200.It was shown by cross test and inhibition test that this method has high sensitivity and specificity,can be effectively used to detect anti-bodies against DHV in chicken.The study provided good reference for detecting antibodies against DHV in ducks or screening monoclonal antibodies against DHV.
