摘要:Two attenuated BT vaccines were prepared with locally separated and identified BTV-I strain and the BTV-16strain.In the important areas,preventive immunizations were carried out and immunosurveillence was taken using c-ELISA.The result showed that the percentage of immune protection is as high as70.1%.Recommendations were made with regard to the quarantine and eradication,restriction of movement of animals from epidemic regions,quarantine activities in places of origin;season insect(Culicoides)control,environment disinfection and placement of sentinel sheep.so as to establish comprehensive system for control of animal bluetongue.
