摘要:In order to increase diagnostic accuracy, NDV was concentrated by absorbtion of NDV in feces, homogenate of clinical brain and lung tissue to the sensitized staphylococcal protein A with specific antibody. Then the staphylococcus aureus were centrifuged and applied for RT-PCR. The results showed that the NDV concentration method can greatly improve sensitivity of the test, consequently, increase clinical diagnostic accuracy.

摘要:Four strains of avian influenza virus were isolated from sick chickens in different farms of Shaanxi province from May 1998 to May 2003.They were all identified as influenza A virus of H9N2 subtype by National Influenza Research Center. The complete HA?NP?NA gene of one isolate A/Chicken/Shaanxi/3/2002(H9N2) was cloned,sequenced and compared with sequences available in GenBank. The results indicated that the isolate A/Chicken/Shaanxi/3/2002(H9N2)possibly came from A/Chicken/Shanghai/F/98.

摘要:To search an analytical method for quick testing the fish freshness, the biochemistry and sensor technique was used and an enzyme sensor was developed. The fish freshness was indirectly evaluated by detecting the content of hypoxanthine with the enzyme sensor. The results showed that the enzyme sensor was stable and sensitive, and its minimum detectable limit reached 0.15mg/kg. It took less than 5 minutes to test one sample. The cost for detecting one sample was only 5 yuan RMB. The sensor was characterized by small size, easy and simple operation and high sensitivity, and can be used on the spot in practice.
