摘要:Specimen collected from dairy cattle farms in Hebei province were inoculated onto MDBK cells with, 9 blind passagings andone virus strain that could not cause cytopathic effect (NCPE) in MDBK cell culture was acquired. The BVDV strain exhibited precipitation banding with standard strain of Oregon C24V by Agar gel precipitation (AGP). Special fluorescence stained cells were observed by immunofluorescence antibody techniques. Fluorescence granules were in hyalotome (hyaloplasm) .Bovine viral diarrhoea-Mucosal disease virus ( BVD-MDV ) antigens were detected with a double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results revealed that Oregon C24V P/N:3.141,the isolated strain P/N :3.012,P/N>2,it was identical with the standard strain of Oregon C24V. Observed by negative staining electron microscope, the virus could be seen with typical MDV virions. Virions were roughly round and approximately 40-60 nm nm in diameter with peplomers. The single expected size(315bp) were producted by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).The result showed that a bovine viral diarrhoea-Mucosal disease virus strain was obtained.

摘要:A pair of primers P1/P2 of porcine circovirus 2 were designed by the amplification products of 262 bp to detect PCV2 in samples by nested PCR assay according to the published genomic sequence of Porcine circivirus 2 (PCV2). 10-9 ng/mL DNA of positive cell virus infected PCV2 can be got the positive result by primers p1/p2 (approximately 100 PCV2 molecules). With the established method, 103 lung and lymph node samples of pigs from Gansu provience of China were detected., and the result showed that 68 samples of which got the positive results. The positive detection ratio is 66%.
