摘要:The purified recombinant bovine prion protein treated by physical-chemical factors was injected in the brain of Mesocricetus auratus. After 200 days clinical observation, brain, cerebellum and obex were examined by Western Blot to find the enzyme-persistent prion protein and by real-time PCR to detect the prion gene expression. The results showed that the treated recombinant bovine prion protein had influence on the detected brain of golden hamster at certain extent. There was not the enzyme-persistent prion protein in the detected brain tissues at the treated time. Our findings provided the basic data for the biology of the recombinant prion protein
