摘要:To prepare the anti-DES antibody, rabbits were immunized with BSA-DES which was synthesized in mixed anhydride and isobutylchlorofomate, and OVA-DES which were synthesized respectively by mixed anhydride and Isobutylchorofomate and carbodiimide method were used coating antigens to identify antibody in ELISA; Mice were immunized by OVA-DES which respectively were synthesized by mixed anhydride and Isobutylchorofomate and carbodiimide method, and BSA-DES which were synthesized respectively by mixed anhydride and Isobutylchorofomate and carbodiimide method were coating antigens to identify antibody in ELISA; The results show that anti-DES polyclonal antibody were produced by rabbits and mice, and indirect inhibition ELISA method was established. It's very important to develop DES residual immunoassay reagent kit.
