摘要:253 chicken serum samples were collected to detect antibody against influenza A virus by hemagglutination inhibition (HI) test, gold immuno-chromatographic assay (GICA) and agar gel immunodiffusion (AGID) test. The results of the three assays were compared, and the positive ratio of HI test was 78.65%, GICA was 69.88%, AGID test was 59.36%, the correlation between GICA and HI, GICA and AGID, HI and AGID was 89.47% (306/342), 84.21% (288/342) and 80.70% (276/342) respectively. The results showed that GICA was specific and sensitive for the antibody detection of avian influenza A in chickens.
